Can I return my order if I change my mind?
We only accept returns in case of a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping. If your item arrives faulty, contact our support team within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost. Unfortunately, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
No — since returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items, we cover all return shipping costs in these cases.
Can I exchange the toy for a different animal or size?
Exchanges are only available if your item arrives defective or damaged. Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we're happy to send a replacement.

When will I get my order?
